A New Networking Group: Teach, Coach, Lead (TCL)
You've seen or heard about other networking groups. They are held once a week or once a month. You try to meet as many people as you can to grow your business. But, do they really work? We are going to offer something different. Very different. We will meet once a week. We will share our stories and our goals. Oh, but wait- that means we need defined goals.... So, the first thing we are going to do (one-on-one and via groups) are define THREE (3) goals we want to accomplish over the next 12 months. (We are going to normalize them, so we can share them and our progress, without everyone knowing exactly what are those goals). We will develop Key Performance Indicators (KPI) against which we will monitor our progress. We will serve as "Accountability Partners" to one another. We will make sure each of us achieve the goals we have set forth. We will serve as advisors to one another. Help one another "get out of stuck", look at issues with different perspectives. We will GROW our businesses and have a great time doing so. Come join us!
We will discuss the program, costs, benefits, and particulars at St. Elmo's at 7:45 AM on 28 June 2011. The first sessions will begin in July; we will meet 50 times before the end of the 12 month period and there will be one-on-one sessions with a seasoned executive/manager/leader throughout the 1 year program.
(There is a monthly cost for this program. Adjuvancy will supply the coffee and bagels [actually, we are just paying for them :-) ].)
