You know there’s a law the precludes companies (websites and apps) from tracking personal data and collecting personal data if the user is under the age of 13, right? (Now, you know why Facebook wants all users to be over the age of 13, too.)

Full disclosure. I’ve been associated with Samsung in one way or another for a long time. However, that does not mean I won’t call them on the carpet for stupidity, carelessness, or poor customer service. Like this exact case.
Big Rigs
There are some half million truck drivers in the US. It’s their job to move our products from factory to store, from train depots to local warehouse, from our ports to our doors. About ½ of them are independent drivers- which means they drive their own rigs (tractors and trailers) for whoever needs goods moved from point A to point B.
