There’s always a contrarian? (In this case, it really isn’t true- it’s a conditions based issue.)
So, I thought I should reiterate all that information I have shared with you over the years about exercise. Since Summer is upon us and too many of us have mastered the art of being a coach potato.
I’ve written about the benefits of exercise for years. Including the fact that weekend warriors get the same benefit for time and intensity and those who routinely exercise.
I’ve written many times about the amount of physical exercise we need to do to ensure our physical and mental well-being. Walking 6 miles a week. Exercising 150 minutes a week- even if you are a weekend warrior.
Sure, epigenetics (as a word) was coined some 400 years ago. But, it really wasn’t until the 1990s that we had a good handle on what it really is- and we’re still learning about what it really means.
Now, that corporate taxes have all been filed (whaddaya mean you haven’t filed yet?), a great burden has been lifted. Oh, sure, I still have a slew of personal taxes to compute and file for my clients, but about 2/3 of those needs are related to the corporate taxes we already filed. So, the unknowns have been greatly attenuated.
