Got Milk?
One of my favorite commercials is the one for Lactaid. You know, the one where the purported farmer explains that Lactaid comes from real cows. And, since folks try to claim it’s not real milk, those things around him have to be dogs…
Curds and Whey
I hadn’t realized this key fact about the production of Greek yoghurt. It produces far more waste than conventional yoghurt production. It takes 3 cups of milk to produce one cup of the product! (That’s about thrice as much as conventional yoghurt, which contains far more fluid than does the Greek version of the yoghurt.)
They VOTE?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
They vote!! They vote?????

Got Milk (Subsidy)?
It’s always amazing to me when I hear certain politicians complaining about the waste in government spending, that our deficit is increasing. Like the past few days, of course. Not because I don’t think they are right- but because these are almost the same guys voting for stupid things- like a milk subsidy.
