I’m not surprised
So, I was reading the New York Times (on line, which means special sections are available early). And, I am not sure if I am happy with the idea or against it.
An Open Letter
Dear Occasional Client*:
I know you just love getting these monthly notes from me. But, we really do want you to pay the lowest amount of taxes legally required- and to grow your business. And, it’s really hard for us to help you do that if you think meeting in January or February will work- especially for the year that just ended. Because once the calendar has closed up 2013- so has your ability to afford yourself of whatever tax breaks existed- and to insure that you can hit 2014 at maximum speed.
Sharing Patient Information
I’ve discussed the push that the government has made to have physicians (and hospitals) adopt health care information systems. As a result, the census of practitioners using these systems has increased from 17% in 2008 to almost 35% by 2011.
Take Notes. The ones you’ll remember always.
When I went to school (no, I did not walk eight miles each way), I took notes in class. So did everyone else, except my method was very different.
