Some of you might have never heard of this method. We’ve been using something similar (but without the catchy title!) for years, in concert with using the Adizes system to monitor where our clients currently are. I ran across this new terminology and spread the news among my fellow adjuvants. Just so you know, we didn’t coin the phraseology, James Ashford did.

Dear Children
I’m sharing this letter I wrote to to my kids, on the eve of the 242nd anniversary of our Declaration of Independence. Who have called me late at night, fearful of what is destroying these United States.
Drowning in Debt?
This question comes up about once every six months. A client arrives at our door and wants help. They are overwhelmed with debt. Sometimes, it’s because they have this business that is not performing as they hoped/wanted/expected (often, because they need the structure and systems to make it so), other times because of an accident or a sudden illness. But, no matter what the cause, we need to work together to make the situation tenable.

Ah, facts. Long before our current president, we weren’t always meticulous about dates and facts. After all, we did decide to use 4 July 1776 as the date we proclaimed our independence from Britain. Even if the Declaration of Independence was issued two or three days earlier. And, that means we celebrate our Freedom 241 years later today. (Thankfully, it is not among those days that Congress, in its infinite wisdom [read as stupidity], elected to move to Mondays, affording a longer weekend. ) We celebrate the day with fireworks, with going to the beach, with barbeques, and with get-togethers.

What Would YOU Do?
A dilemna.
I live on a block that has all of the residents parallel parking on an alley way. And, my next door neighbor obviously never learned how to park his car. Which means that my bumpers bear the scars of his efforts.
