So, for decades, I survived on about 3 hours of sleep. Until recently, when my illness got a little more severe. But, I am now noticing that my old routines are working and am no longer needing that extra restorative slumber. (Which gives me more time to get things done, too!)

Pulling an Allnighter Just Got a Little More Complicated
This is just one study. And, a preliminary one. But…
A little background. I have often spent two or three days in a row working out the kinks in a design. Read that statement more correctly as 48 to 70 hours non-stop. No sleep.

Mutants!
You know how we read all these great articles telling us we need 7 hours of sleep- minimum. (35% of us don’t meet this standard, by the way.) Or, those other articles that claim we can’t multitask (or, as I call it, timeslice)?
