The Adjuvancy, LLC is offering a virtual service- phone, Skype (if you are not in the USA), desktop sharing, eMail- to help you plan AND achieve your goals. We will serve as accountability partners to help you grow your capabilities as a manager, as an entrepreneur, and as a company to make those dreams a reality.

We have been working with companies, executives, and entrepreneurs since we reorganized 6 years ago- and for 3 ½ decades before that- to do just that. From product development to process design, from financial to managerial services. It won’t happen overnight. We don’t use magic wands. It takes analysis, work, and reflection to achieve valid and repeatable results. We will work together for the first two months or so to determine where you are- right now. Where you want to be- on 1 January 2013, and 1 January 2017. We will work with you to develop various scenarios to bridge those three dates (today, next year, and five years from now. We will work with you to hone your plans to three goals that must be accomplished within this calendar year. No, that does not mean you will only have three changes- but the big three will be the prime focus, as well as myriads of other tasks and efforts.

You will have Key Performance Indicators (KPI) against which you can and will monitor your progress. A dashboard to give you instant knowledge of where you are and where you want to be.

We will pair (no, not just two) you up with dissimilar firms. There will be no cannibalizing each other’s ideas, because you won’t be in the same business. We will develop normalized, dimensionless numbers (e.g., instead $ 3 million in sales, it will be 25% of goal), so that only you and we will know your “real” numbers. These teams will serve as advisory boards and accountability partners for each of us- to make sure we each achieve the goals we have set forth. And, to share ideas knowing that a book publisher and a home builder and a law firm won’t be stealing business from one another. We will keep each other “out of stuck”, see issues from different perspectives, and keep us from spinning our wheels.

This virtual service means you don’t have to travel to a location to meet with one another. It will happen from the confines of your office, your home, or your car. No travel down time. Just working together to make 2012 the you want it to be.

Remember- the economy is turning. This is the time to capitalize on it.
