Not today- but tomorrow.
The concept behind “Be An Angel” is to do something for someone with zero expectation of a return. (Other than feeling good that you did something good.)
It can mean noticing what someone else is doing- and making sure they know you see what that is.
It means we should just take the time to listen to someone. They may not even have a tale of woe. But, we’ll be there. Given the fact that most of us have been quarantined for a while, just the human interaction can be a total blessing.
Or, (listen up Roy), be patient even though you feel this person doesn’t deserve it. Yeah, I know there’s always a long story when a short one will do- but, for today at least, let them go on (and on and on).
Remind others to do this. Use #BeAnAngelDay on your social media. To extend a good feeling to folks beyond your reach.
Remember- no act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.
Pass it on.
This is nice and so needed during these discouraging times.
You betcha, Marcia!
All these special occasions crammed into one week. Another Happy Birthday to one of your family members.

Yup. Kind of leaves the rest of the year bare.
I like to use that concept of doing something for someone without
expecting anything in return everyday. Wouldn’t it be great if everyone could be an Angel not just on Be an Angel Day but everyday.
Some of us try to do so, Martha…
Small acts of kindness can build into huge ones.
Wonderfully said, Brenda!
Thank You, what a great reminder, and perhaps the best post that I will read and enjoy as much all day. And the music is very uplifting.
