Into every life…
We had a good week. One we deserved. We lost two of our clients last year- one to death and the other to the retirement of the principal. One was expected, the other was devastating. I’ve written about one of them already.
Quitting Time?
You know I’m a big Phillies Phan (and looking forward to having the whole team being off the disabled list this weekend). But, I do watch other events. Like Jorge Posada and his little escapade on the 25th of May.
Firing on all cylinders
That’s an old expression- one that may go by the waysides, as my generation passes the torch. It means one (or one entity) is operating at full capacity, at optimum speed. It is a more vernacular expression for “The Adjuvancy”- an organization that optimizes the performance of all the entities in a mixture, ensuring maximum benefit to all participants.
