Not quite the enhancement we need

Whether you drink 4, 6, 8 or 12 glasses of water a day- we all know it’s critical to stay hydrated. And, despite the fact that i used to drink 20, 30, or 40 cups of coffee a day- that was not the way to hydrate one’s body. (I don’t drink that much coffee anymore- nor do I drink any pop.)

Coffee House Blues….

I’ve written that it’s probably the end of an era at St. Elmo’s.   Not that the new owners have made lots of changes (except to the charge card system- but that may be just a minor glitch) and a vendor switch (you knew they would want to use their own restaurants to provide the sandwiches).

Flavor Intensity?

Ah, yes, if it’s a day ending in “y”, the odds are you’ll find me at St. Elmo’s, my favorite coffee place. Where I have my own mug that is constantly being refilled. And, the aromas- they are just glorious.  (And, those few tourists, who break the rules and use a cell phone,  get attacked for creating halfalogue terror.”)

Balagan!

This was supposed to be a great weekend.  My son was getting a chance to bask in the rewards of those great experiences during his tenure at Michigan, which were made possible by his exploits at high school.  But, my weekend was marred by revelations I received.   And, the situation that ruined this weekend is not out of the ordinary- I believe this process obtains throughout most of this country.  It is an absolute disaster.  It must be stopped!
