I had a meeting the other day with a very talented musician. He’s been preparing a brand new album and he wants to begin operating as a real business.
We are continuing the exploration of the proposed new tax law. Parts 1 and 2 covered individual taxation issues. (There was a preamble, as well.) Yesterday, we started our discussion of what may happen to business taxes.
We’ve seen what could be happening with our personal taxes. (Part 1 here; part 2 here. And, the preamble.) Now, let’s see what changes the House plans for US business taxation.
Yesterday, we talked about individual income tax filing. Today, we will discuss the forms businesses, trusts, estates, and partnerships must file.

Our economy is not in the doldrums- that would be an improvement. And, the problem is that it’s not just us (the US)- there’s Europe, too. And, with that problem, the potential (really) of the failure of the Euro. If you don’t think this scenario sounds reminiscent of the interlude between WWI and WWII, then think again.
