We all know that learning a language is much easier when we are younger. Learning two languages (one would be your native one) means it will be much easier to learn a third or even a fourth (regardless if they are or are not related to one another).

Talent. Skill. Attitude.
Cal Ripken. Baseball’s “Iron Man”. He played for a team that I never followed- nor one I liked. But, Cal Ripken is someone I admired- not just because he played day in and day out- but because he represented all that is honorable in sports.
One Point…
During a busy time at work, I took two days off. Because I wanted to spend time with my son- my youngest- who deserves as much of my time as anyone else in this world. Who was being honored for his service to his school.
Com-mu-ni-ca-tion (a useful definition)
Leadership requires someone who can lead- and at least one person who can follow. It does not require exhortation. It requires someone with a vision, a goal, and a direction- and the ability to communicate that vision so that others feel compelled to join in the quest.
Make it autonomous
So, I haven’t decided if this is about multi-tasking (time-slicing) or practicing… Because, if we don’t hone our abilities to perform functions to perfection, then our ability to do multiple things nearly simultaneously fails miserably.
