Plants have feelings?

So, the concept is that the Supreme Being wanted all of us to be vegetarians.  But, the SB also recognized that was not going to be the case.  Which is why the SB stipulated that we Jews should only eat animals that were kosher.  And, that we should not eat two generations at once- which is part of the reason why we can’t mix milk and meat during a meal.  And, that animals must be killed immediately with the sharpest of knives.

It’s time. No excuses.

Here’s a contrarian view to what so many politicians want you to believe.  We must provide a social safety net for the poor.  We must find a way to educate parents – and to find a means to let them have enough time- in between their two and three shifts of (part-time work)- to spend “quality time” with their kids.   We must fund early childhood education.

A Club for Growth?

Do you ever get tired hearing businesses claim that, “People are our more important assets”? I sure have. But, the key point is – it’s true! Unless you’ve seen a company that spits out widgets from a robotic factory, it’s the people that make things happen. (There are no totally robotic factories- yet. There are robot-assisted entities, but those factories still need people.) And, if the company is a service business, then it’s all people, all the time.
