O.K.- you got me- What is an ADJUVANCY?? 

An adjuvancy is an agent that augments and enhances the effects of all the components in a mixture or an agent that increases the ability of a component to stimulate a desirable response.

Dun and Bradstreet found that 96 percent of businesses in America fail because of what they called "managerial incompetence". That does NOT mean the managers don't know what they are doing- it's that they are missing some signals in the marketplace or within their enterprise to realize success.

Another fact to consider is that most businesses fail. And why is that? Well, there are several different scenarios. Start-ups may have an idea for a product or service, but they don't know all the things that they need to know to run a successful business. Existing companies may fail because with the current conditions, they lack certain skills or knowledge.

The trick in both circumstances is to acquire the knowledge and experience you need.

That's where we come in. We are experienced businesspeople (and technical folks) who know what to do. We know how to purchase products and services- and know IF we need to acquire them. We know how to negotiate with vendors, employees, and customers. We know how to negotiate leases. We know how to raise money.
